The Broth Tells the Truth
Phở is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup, and ours starts where it should: bones, ginger, charred onion, star anise, cinnamon and cloves, simmered low and slow for hours until the broth is rich, clear and aromatic. No shortcuts, no powder.
We're a small Vietnamese kitchen on Road 68 in Pasco. Everything comes out fresh, the herbs are cut that day, and the folks behind the counter actually care that you leave full and happy. Come hungry.

We got the beef pho and a banh mi, and wow! It was absolutely delicious! Service was awesome. The young lady and the older gentleman working were very attentive.
I had to come on here and leave a review because this place truly deserves it. I've tried pho at many different spots, and Road 68 Pho is by far the best I've ever had.
I really enjoyed the Roasted Pork Banh Mi and Crème Brûlée Boba I had for lunch today. First time in, and I'll be back.
